A few months ago, a student reached out to ask if her class could create gifts for patients at Prattville Baptist Hospital, as part of a class project.
This initiative inspired the students in the gifted program at Prattville Intermediate School to crochet beautiful fish and octopuses for our team members to distribute to children visiting our Emergency Department.
As if this gift wasn’t special enough? It has a personal connection too–one of the amazing students behind this project, Elliott, is the daughter of Amber Brooks, one of our wonderful team members in the PBH radiology department! How cool is that?!
