You may listen to the new duet that Chris Stapleton and Miranda Lambert are working on this Friday.

On Monday, a social media post revealed that the country music legends were collaborating on a song called “A Song to Sing.” The announcement featured a poster in the manner of the 1970s.

The new song was co-written by Lambert and Stapleton, Jesse Frasure, and five-time CMA Musician of the Year fiddler player Jenee Fleenor, according to Taste of Country.

The duet will draw inspiration from Stapleton’s romance with his wife, Morgane Stapleton, according to a press release.

According to a Lambert statement, Chris has firsthand experience with this emotion because he and Morgane have both experienced it.

It’s incredible to have someone so passionate and open to sharing your innermost thoughts, feelings, and creative life. It’s what it means to love someone with all of your heart.

After we were done, we both agreed that we wanted to share it with the world.

The two have previously collaborated on a song.

What Am I Gonna Do, from Stapleton’s 2023 album Higher, was co-written with Lambert.
