In 2019, Brandon Young’s life took a permanent turn.

After a fight over a parking spot, his brother Randy Young, who was only 40 years old, was shot and killed outside a Trussville restaurant.

Brandon Young realized then that something needed to change for him. Although he had been a loyal worker for the corporation, he now desired more.

“I fueled the fire with the pain,” Young added. I had two options: I could give up or I could continue to try to have an influence.

Randy Young was shot by a guy who was found guilty of capital murder and given a life sentence without the possibility of release.

His brother’s passing fueled his ambition to take advantage of the opportunity and make the audacious choice to launch his own business.

Young, 39, is the founder and CEO of the professional services company Young Management & Consulting.

The company has expanded to employ over 120 people nationwide in just six years. Since its founding, Young Management & Consulting has brought in over $100 million, according to Young.

According to Young, I’ve always supported workforce innovation and demonstrating to others that anyone can contribute significantly, regardless of size or experience. It has been a time of organic growth.

Born and raised in Center Point, Young attended Erwin High School and Auburn University before graduating from UAB with a master’s degree in construction management.

With businesses across the United States and the United Arab Emirates, his organization has created project management, construction management, and strategic consulting services.

Young is pleased to characterize his staff as a diversified, well-rounded group that works together to develop the business by contributing expertise.

Young added that he is still developing.

“We want to be a worldwide supplier to the industry,” he stated. We re going to be a billion-dollar organization and we re going to impact lives all over.

Last week, Young’s business sponsored the Southern Company Technical Conference Tradeshow.

Technical and industrial professionals gathered in Birmingham to study and practice the most recent advancements in the field.

According to Young, this is an emphasis on education. Let’s make it possible for this industry to improve.

According to Young, he wants to set an example for others in Birmingham and the state by being an entrepreneur and supporting the energy sector.

Birmingham residents are making a difference in the globe, and the world needs to know that they are genuinely making an impact, Young stated. Opportunities exist, and Alabamans create and nurture wonderful individuals who have an influence globally.
