Hulk Hogan’s death investigation continues, potential ‘malpractice’ an issue

Published On:

The death of legendary wrestler Hulk Hogan last month is still being looked into by Florida police.

The medical examiner determined that a heart attack was the cause of death.

However, according to sources cited by TMZ, Hogan might have been the victim of medical negligence.

According to law enforcement sources cited by TMZ Sports, the legend’s Florida home had an occupational therapist on site when his respiration stopped.

According to a statement released by the Clearwater Police Department on Thursday, our detectives are still interviewing numerous witnesses and obtaining medical information from various providers due to the particulars of this case.

After paramedics and police raced to his Clearwater beachside home after receiving a 911 call, Hogan, whose true name was Terry Bollea, passed away at the age of 71 at a hospital on July 24.

While the investigation is ongoing, neither the call nor the police body camera footage of the scene have been made public.

According to the police statement, all of this takes time. No case-related documents, including body camera footage, can be made public until the inquiry is over.

It’s unclear exactly what the police investigation is looking into outside of medical records because the police have already stated that there was no evidence of foul play in Hogan’s death. According to the medical examiner’s report, which determined that Hogan’s cause of death was natural, he had previously suffered from leukemia and atrial fibrillation, an abnormal heart beat.
