Taco Bell’s well-known Mountain Dew Baja Blast beverage is getting a new flavor.
The Tex-Mex chain is adding a new flavor to its cult-classic drink line for the first time in 20 years: Mountain Dew Baja Midnight, a purple take on the well-known tropical lime Baja Blast.
The new beverage will be offered in both regular and frozen varieties when it launches on August 14. There will be a limited supply of the frozen variant, known as a Mountain Dew Baja Midnight Freeze.

According to Nations Restaurant News, the fast food chain’s most recent endeavor offers a beverage-focused menu featuring Taco Bell’s specialty drinks, such as coffee and churro chillers, agua frescas, and specialty coffees.Additionally, the cafe employs skilled Bellristas who make the unique cocktails by hand while they are there.
Some of Taco Bell’s most popular dishes are also served at the restaurant.In the upcoming months, a few Taco Bell locations in Houston, Dallas, and Southern California will undergo renovations, the company announced in a news release.
