Earning a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification is a significant achievement for students preparing to enter today’s competitive workforce. These certifications validate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, which are essential tools in nearly every industry. By earning a MOS certification, students demonstrate their technical expertise, enhance their résumés, and gain a competitive edge for future college and career opportunities.

Certiport, the IT certification exam provider, is proud to announce the winners of the 2025 Spring Qualifier for the Microsoft Office Specialist Alabama State Championship. Several Autauga County Technology Center students earned top placements in the Microsoft Office Specialist PowerPoint 2019 and Excel 2019 certification exam categories. These students competed against peers from across the state to earn top 10 placements in this highly competitive event.

ACTC student winners include:

Tori Parker – 5th Place, Microsoft PowerPoint (Office 2019)

Lillian Robbins – 10th Place, Microsoft PowerPoint (Office 2019)
