America’s birthday is July 4th, so it’s time to celebrate.

86% of customers want to celebrate Independence Day, according to data from the National Retail Federation, and they will spend an average of $92 on food. According to 29% of respondents, they want to buy additional patriotic goods.

The most common ways to celebrate are with barbecues and cookouts. 61% stated that they intended to take part, followed by parades (12%), fireworks (41%), and vacation (13%).

This year’s July 4th celebrations are predicted to cost Americans almost $9 billion in total.

You’ll be happy to hear that Walmart is open if you’re among the millions enjoying the Fourth of July.

For Supercenters and Neighborhood Markets, Walmart stores will remain open during regular business hours, which are normally 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. However, it’s always advisable to check in advance as some services can be curtailed on the holiday.

Sam’s Club, owned by Walmart, is also open. The warehouses are open to Plus members from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and to Club members from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
