Josh is committed to transforming the State Auditor’s office into a powerhouse of transparency, fiscal responsibility, and trust, prioritizing Alabama taxpayers and fiercely advancing President Trump’s agenda to cut government waste and inefficiency.

As the first in his family to graduate college, he embodies the values of hard work and faith instilled by his grandparents. Since founding Pendergrass Law Firm in Albertville in 2011, he has built a career specializing in family law, juvenile law, church law, and estate planning, providing compassionate counsel to families and serving as contract juvenile counsel for the State of Alabama. As a pastor, Josh has revitalized congregations, driving baptisms and outreach programs that strengthen communities. His tenure as Communications Director for Governor Kay Ivey honed his ability to craft messaging that promotes effective governance, while his work on legislative and statewide campaigns for prominent Alabama leaders underscores his deep understanding of conservative principles and policy.
