Miller is PAHS Pet of the Week for June 1. This is a reminder that adoption fees for dogs are $120 and Cats $75 effective June 1.
Miller is an 8-month-old male Husky/Shepherd mix who has already been neutered. He is an owner turn in because his family is moving and couldn’t take him. Miller is black with tan, and some white markings. He weighs 45 pounds so he is considered to be a medium sized dog. Miller is friendly but is not real comfortable around men. He is food driven so he probably should be fed away from other dogs. Miller has been in a home with another dog but we would suggest a meet and greet with your dog before adoption. He is leash trained, house trained, and knows the commands–sit and shake.
Dog/puppy adoption fees are $120. Cat/kitten adoption fees are $75. All pets will be spayed/neutered before adoption; or you will be given a discount spay/neuter certificate to be used at participating vet clinics to help with the cost of spay/neuter. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under ‘special needs’ our dogs have screened heart worm negative.
