Residents of the Wetumpka area celebrated America’s birthday on Thursday, although a day early, with a variety of activities. Let’s call it a pre-party! Why limit it to a single day when our nation is commemorating such a remarkable milestone?
There was a lot of shopping, family picnics in peaceful areas, downtown buzzing, a spectacular finish with fireworks lighting up the sky, and food, music, vendors, and fireworks. Look through the picture collection and tell anyone you know about it.
